ACE949-2 and DeviceMaster UP

Hi everyone,
My sepam 80 connected via ACE949-2 (RS485) to pin 3+ and 7- (RS485) Devicemaster up (Comtrol) doesn't talk, The link active light does not dlash, just steady on both ACE949 and Comtrol, before these stuffs was working fine according to users and I can prove this because of some data pulled on HMI.
What might be a problem here?

The Comtrol Device master shows the terminals as TxD/RxD(-) as terminal 3 and TxD/RxD(+) as terminal 7 but you mentioned other way so connection may be other may round.
