Mark-V Cards repair

We have 1 TCEA Card that is not working good in Mark-V Control system.
We got the following alarm:

TCE2 Power supply out of limits, P24..

When we replaced this TCEA card, alarm canceled so the problem in this card but how we can get it repaired? Can any one advise where I can repair it with warranty but not in GE as they request very high price even without asking for the problem??
