Can any one plz share the calibration procedure of absolute vibration of Vibromter system where processing module is UVC-752 and display module is PLD-772. because few days before i have faced one problem in which small spikes on trend of absolute vibration of compressor caused generation of alert and then danger signal and tripped the Unit GT V-94.2. when i looked at vibration trend it did not reach the danger level @tripping time. i replaced both UVC-752 and PLD-772 but again same problem. temporarily i have forced the trip signal for further observation.. i am suspecting relay PCB but also i want to verify the calibration of the instrument.
So plz share the calibration procedure and share your experience if such problem faced by other friend
