Now, I am designing a project but having a problem.

I want to find a equipment to convert signal, range from 0-75mV to 4-20mA to connect to Input module of PLC. Please help me introduce some of manufacture (with model) can supply this kind of equipment.

Convert signal from mV to mA
Technical requirement:
Input: 0-75mV
Output: 0-20mA
Power supply: 24VDC

I remember they helped me out a bunch when I needed to convert a speed control pot voltage to current for input to the dcs
