One valve at a time.

 

Yes, after trip oil and hydraulic pressure are normal. stroke the valve as you want.

If you are going to open either the SRV or the GCV or both with the machine shut down, I hope you are planning on closing an upstream shutoff valve to prevent fuel from flowing into the turbine!

 

You can do this by temporarily reversing the coil wiring of the moog servos. Fag and fagr are typically -25% when stopped. Next when forcing the trip oil solenoids the valves will open. You will not be able to calibrate as the valves will travel to fully open, but it is a way to open both together.

But why do you want to open both ?
