how can i obtain spare part list for frame 9 ge gas turbine
part list including loos part and main part with part no?

You mean you didn't get supplied with a parts manual as part of the machine documentation when the machine was supplied? You can't just ask for a parts manual for a Frame 9 DLN machine, every machine is different. I would go back to the OEM and ask for a manual for your machine.
