9FA machine not following shutdowen curve

unit will not following shutdown curve
from hmi stop command is given machine is flame out @84% rpm after 8 minute

Please give us some more information. What Frame size machine? What Control System? DLN or not and what version? Fuel? Any data you can post? Anything else that you think might help us to analyze
