Transmission fault on Bently Nevada 3500 to the HMI servers and viewer

The data Transmission of Bently Nevada 3500 to the HMI servers and viewer became black. the problem is repetitive. Only after stopping the turbine power is cut and is re-established transmission re-established

Need a little more info to help.

1. What HMI (vendor/version)?
2. What protocol used for communications, Modbus or other?
3. Serial or Ethernet connection
4. If Modbus is the HMI master?
5. Any third party OPC applications, if so, make/model?

- Ethernet connection

- BENTLY NEVADA 3500/92 Communication Module Ethernet/RS485 I/O Module (Only Ethenet connection used)the Ethernet connection LEDs status are as follows: Link LED is green while the Active LED is off
