HOW DO I GET AROUND THIS ERROR.
OS ERRNO: -19 AND -5
OPERATING SYSTEM IS WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL.
WHENEVER I TRY TO OPEN PROJECT ERROR PREVENTS ME.
PLEASE HELP.

I did a Google on XP OS Errno "-19".

The results seemed to indicate that the media was locked and inaccessible.

Are you opening a project that is contained on a thumbdrive or other media that is lockable?
