I'm involved in a SCADA project .It has two redundant Citect I/O servers, Citect version is 7.2. we have upgraded our project from 7.1 to 7.2. Both servers are connected to three OMRON PLCs, CPU: CJ1H, Type:CPU67H-R. For standalone or only Primary communication b/w citect server and 3 x PLCs, there is no error and all data is valid. But when standby citect server runs, some data from different PLCs goes BAD data and can not be read or write and these BAD data are random. it changes when shutdown the server and run it again.
whenever I disconnect PLC network from Servers network and then connect, it goes normal but after any server disconnection, BAD data is appeared.
Any help is highly appreciated.
