6 OUTPUT Logic

I have 6 nos OUTPUT and on every output 6 nos cooler is working.
From that 2 nos are continues on.
Other 2 are on/off depend temp set point.
1 is spare.
I want to make on time of all coolers are same.
Also I have trip input so is any working trip the spare one will start.

I want to check run time at every 2 hour.

Please give me a clue.
