Is it depends on the instrument tubing size.. which the size is proportional to the DP across the SOV? The bigger the tube size, the bigger the DP? therefore SOV with high wattage is necessary?

You have indeed answered your own question.

Most manufacturers have tables to indicate how much of a differential a particular wattage can overcome.

Most valve vendors have representatives that can also do the calculations for you and will gladly make recommendations about the proper valve(s) to purchase for the application. (I'm speaking of the better valve vendors.)

Learn to use the services and features available to you. And, it never hurts to double-check the calculations/recommendation, either!
