Problem with Safety signals in S7-400

Hi
I have a Redundancy Automation system with cpus 417-4H Siemens. in my Plant there are safety modules. I have a problem with safety signals. when I download my Pcs7 program to cpus, cpu in rack1 stops and when I restart it, The cpu don't read the safety signals, but cpu in rack0 read all signals and work correctly. Please help me about this problem.

Hello;

Just to make things clear, you are using a redundant S7-400H system in which you would like to run Safety programs and IOs. Correct?
Do you have a safety program (with safety software) on those PLCs? Siemens refers to this as a S7-400FH system, and, yes, and additional license is required, along with the software. The messages you receive would be linked to an unauthorized use of F-blocks in your program.

Please have a look at the S7-400H/FH configuring and programming manual; it will make many issues clearer. You can download it from the Siemens support site:
