Dear All;
We have recently Installed (May 2011) DeltaV 11.3 DCS. Few Days Back We found our Dongle is missing. I need to know Can we get the same Free of cost or we have to pay for it to Emerson. (I know this is our Negligence, which cause this. Believe me this has happened first time. We have 3/4 such S/W Installations which have dongles from last 15 Yr.s & no a single missed till this incident.) I already have conveyed this to Emerson But No reply from them. Pl. guide me.......
