Can anyone suggest a PLC or RTU that is reasonably priced (say, low 100's of dollars) that supports DNP3 protocol? I don't need a lot of I/O, and I just need one or two DNP3-compliant devices for protocol testing. Opto22 has a solution that costs close to $2K (controller $865, power supply $220, rack $125, I/O $104, and software $399). Can I do any better than that? Thanks!

Opto 22's PAC Project Basic software is free and might be all you need.
