I'm new here. Hope you guys could help.

I need a material that has tensile strength 500kg/cm2 and flexural strength 1000kg/cm2. It also has to be able to withstand loads of 110kg. Also be resistant to acids (sulfuric) and temperatures from -5 to +90 degree Celsius.

Any recommendations?

 

acid strength? acid purity?, other species in the fluid? fluid velocity?...etc., etc.

 

The material is used as battery compartment cover. So basically it should not corrode or degrade when in contact with sulfuric acid used as battery electrolyte.
