Gas turbine alarm stamping

We have GE mark V system. GT MCC got tripped and due to this TK-1 and TK-2 Exhaust casing cooling fan got tripped and thus making GT come to FSNL as per logic.

The problem we faced is that the whole event/alarm history of about one hour could not be captured on GT HMI (<I>) and the same occurred later after an hour with current time stamping when the GT was synchronised.
Although it was observed that alarm occurred on BOI (on MArk V panel) was on correct time.

(Other event that occurred from electrical dept. was that 125 V dc trouble alarm came)

The reason we want to know is that how the alarm stamping at that time of event missed out or is it due to some communication loss between HMI and mark V.
