Hi,
I have a concern on a new installation, we have installed a TRICONEX DO MODULE 3625 with ETP 9662-610. Now my problem is I get a voltage approx +6.5v across +L & -L even though the Logic level is low, ie when output point is off. we have connected the output to a Alarm Buzzer of 24Vdc. Now our problem is with the +6.5v our Alarm buzzer giving me a low sound. This shouldn't happen as the voltage should be zero when the point is off. Please provide me assistance what could be the problem why I am getting a voltage. Is it because my -L is not grounded or earthed properly.
