Modbus Communication with Conzerv energy meter and ABB AC800M plc

I`am trying to connect ABB AC 800M plc with CONZERV energy meters EM6400 using CS485 modbus convertor, but the energy meter is not communicating. kindly tell me the exact memory address (read /write) block should i use in ABB AC800M control builder and any adjustments have to be made in the meter itself also. please inform its very urgent.

For CONZERV EM6400 registry map ask the Vendor, they will provide you.
