how to convert from 380 v a.c to 220 v a.c

I have two phase power source, but i need only 220 va.c. when i tried to use only one phase to get 220 V a.c, i get only 170 V a.c which is not enough to operate some of my equipments. can any on help me how to get 220 out of two phases 350 V a.c?
