We have Combine Cycle Power plant having capacity of 112MW. (GT=73MW STG=39MW).
Now a days we are facing a problem that at below 50MW in Gas Turbine (i.e.backing down condition) HP control valve hunting between 43% to 44% and due to that 1 to 1.5mw varies in STG.
AT this time our HP drum pressure is 110kg/cm², and turbine injection pressure is 105 (its also varies).
Above 50 MW in GT, every thing working properly and smoothly up to base load.
