we have gt with 110MW (frame-9E) BHEL supplied. run at 30 mw with 18000sm3/hr NG flow. also use this exhaust in HRSG with two type of steam generation in HRSG
1)HP= 40 Kg/CM2, 385'C, 70TPH flow.
2)LP=4.3Kg/Cm2, 199'C, 24TPH flow
hrsg outlet flue gas temp is 188'C, gt exhaust temp is 395'c. i want to know overall plant efficiency and per MW rs. HRSG burner facility is there but above condition we not use any burner without firing in HRSG. how to calculate GT, HRSG and overall efficiency?
