i have seen alot of 3 phase high leg systems but never as a service for a farm. having stray voltage is an issue and the sub panels are supplied with a grounded conductor only, nor is there a bond or equipment ground at the first point of disconnect, ie; the service. can i provide separately ground systems at each panel or separate out buidings? i'm at a loss.
