3 phase squirrel cage Induction motor

Dear sir,

I have got a 3 phase squirrel cage Induction motor. For some particular application I need it's direction to be controlled. After starting for first 10secs it will run to forward then automatically for next 10secs it will run reverse direction.

How to make it possible?
