Utility consumption

HI,

Can you please any one explain clearly for to calculate the utility consumption for on /off valve and control valves by using instrument gas.

I need to calculate from pressure to flow

which means,

XCV-2510 instrument gas available max/nor/min - 9 barg

so how i have to calculate consumption to m3/hr.

and for control valve PCV-2510 pressure control valve

Having instrument gas max/nor/min instrument gas 9 barg.
how to calculate the my consumption to m3/hr.

Please explain me ..
