Time Synchronization by RS232 from Master clock

I want to synchronize time of DCS, PLC, MarkVI and CO2 panel on their HMI from master clock GPS (T-GPS-300, Make SERTEL).

I want to configure it by RS232 signal output to RJ45 (Ethernet) such that i can configure more no of terminals by TCP/IP. I want to know that can i use RS232 to Ethernet converter for this purpose of time synchronization.
