Dear CSA and Mk6 experts,
Ours is a Fr5 Mk6 controller. While starting the Diesel Engine, we got power fail indication in all the 3 control processors R-S-T and also in X-Y-Z protection processors and the status and dynamic values in the CIM view main screen was lost and all the field showing # marks in all the target displays. Supply to R-S-Tand X-Y-Z processors were restored and all the processors came "ON LINE", but the screen is still showing # values in the main display. I checked all the status of EGD-TCI-HMI server-network conn.-SDB server-Router serice-etc for "running and operational" and found OK. Status of UDH and PDH also OK. We have one Local and one remote server for the control room and both the screen dynamic / values are showing # mark. Pls suggest me how to get back the displays and what else need to be checked?
