Unity Pro X Emerson - 3051 Pressure Transmitter with Profibus

Hello guys,
I'm using Unity Pro to read data from a 3051 Pressure Transmitter. It provides 5 bytes and i need to know which of these bytes are the measures values and error status. Someone can help me with that?

I didnt think Rosemount 3051 has modbus output. they sell a fieldbus to modicon converter but no modbus out of the box for 3051.
