We are facing frequent water wall tube failure in CFBC boiler at Kick of zone, i.e. 500 mm above refractory zone in combuster. whether any body have come across this problem, could any body elaborate the mechanism? how the erosion in this area happens? and any successful remedial actions except metal spray coating done.
