There is One ATS Panel with two 1000A Incomers (separate Power Source) designed to work as auto changeover. Pump (within the limit Ampere for 1000A breaker) is connected to Output of the breaker.
when panel is manually operated, there is No problem.
Problem is: When selecting in Auto position, Changeover happens automatically when power cut in either source. But when pump is switched ON - pump running for 1 minute and then all the breaker are getting off (means total panel is off).
I am sure this not overload trip. What i want to know is whether Under voltage setting can be changed to 380V to avoid under voltage tipping (now UVR setting is in 420V and panel system voltage is 460V). if we bypass the UVR ,then it is working normally.
Pls clear my doubt. mail id: riaz@hawaepbf.com

It would be good to include a simple one line of the system involved, but not having one my suggestion would be to pull the under voltage relay and test it. Most under voltage relays are designed with test switches designed to allow the relay to be removed and tested without interrupting operations. Of course, you will be without the function of the under voltage relay while it is being tested. Generally, this is deemed an acceptable risk.

Riaz... the location of UV-relay(s) is (are) not clear. Are there two, one on each incomer feeding the ATS? Or is there only one, connected to the output to the pump?

I think that in the circuit UVR will be in series. in that case AUTO/ Manual same problem will come. so can you send your circuit to me i will check and tell you.
what ever may be pumps will not be operated on under voltage condition. it will affect the full system. first confirm your circuit and motor details and then proceed to change thee UVR setting.
