8003-DM Stepper motor driver connections

I need to control an actuator using a stepper motor controller which is linked to my computer through parallel port. The controller is an AMSI 8003-DM, which uses pins 2, 3, 8, 9, and 18. Someone get a mess with the connections and now I don't know where it connects each pin! someone made a bridge between H / F and GND on the 8003-DM controller. Can someone please help me? I can't get to the AMSI page. Reply to this post or to vagsvargas@gmail.com

Look at Mach2 software for CNC - it use parallel port for stepper control.
