Your own company's website (www.itargetsensors.com) lists a lot of uses for LVDTs, many of them in the aerospace industry.
Most turbine valves are operated by hydraulic cylinder actuators.
If you're looking for possible sales leads by finding out where LVDTs could possibly be used I would suggest looking for applications where the characteristics of LVDTs are best suited. Non-contact position measurement; good or high accuracy of position feedback is required; etc. Not every usage of hydraulic cylinders requires an LVDT, but some do.
