Fast load rating of a 9FA machine

We have a 9FA gas turbine. we found the fast load rating of the machine as 64 MEC/SEC. We could not be able to find what the unit MEC means. Can u please guide us...

unit MEC/second is not available. Its 64 MEG/second hence MegaWatt per second.
