120 remax grounded wire next to 22amg 300 v wire

i have 120 remax grounded wire. says 600volts on the wire, running about 60 feet. i want to run 22 awg wire 300V near it. about 15 feet of it. the 120 is not in conduit so how far away should the 22 awg 300 v wire be from the 120 remax wire?
