Replace redundant plc program with another

hi,
we have 4 compressors that that each have 2 redundant PLCs and i/o cards. so 3 of them work correctly but one compressor plcs had problem from 2 days a go. we decide download programs again. program is in step7 and charts. main problem was in CPs communications. cp341 with master and slaves. so when start to downloading a lot of messages was occur that can't copy some data blocks and fcs from program backups
so we reset eeprom and tried again. this problem was repeated and after that plcs has redundant problem too.
can every one help me?
