I just want to know how to make the correct testing procedure for under-frequency time test for Micom P643.
I just make two states. First state is the normal state with the correct value of 60hz.
For the second state, I set the frequency value to 56hz. F4 is 57hz with t=0.
After performing the process, our test-kit (Freja 300) registered a time delay of 80+ ms. the accepted value as per manual is <70ms.
Are there any other ways to perform this with favorable result?
Thanks.
