Hello Everyone!
Does Any One can help me to understand: why Airfield Lighting Circuit must be connect in series connection? Thank you.

HV... they are series-connected to provide consistent lighting patterns.
Series lighting insures that the same current-magnitude, hence voltage-drop, is available at each fixture!

Lamps in the series circuit must be controlled in certain bright settings. This is done through controlled current feed via a CCR (constant current regulator). The brightness control could not be done via controlled voltage, because the voltage drops in the wiring produce imprecise current from lamp to lamp. Also the CCR has a circuit testing that can detect isolation faults.
