We all know that trip protection provided for low vacuum in steam turbine. but my question is What happens if we maintain high high vacuum in the condenser?

Good if you can. The questions is how you are going to do it? Vacuum pressure is determined by saturation temperature. The lowest saturation temperature you can maintain is about 2-3 Degree Celsius above inlet temperature of the condenser circulating water.

Theoretically there is one way you can do it. Just eject out certain amount of steam from your hotwell to bring down saturation pressure, thus to increase vacuum pressure. The only problem is you may find that your demin plant may not big enough to provide makeup water for your boiler.
