Anybus Master Module-profibus

for Profibus master, I tried Anybus (HMS) Master Module and last 2 weeks I lost 2 units. IO points are isolated. can it be DPRAM problem? or any other cause-so we can take care. ESD in control.
The master module is used to interface with profibus lines and to the microcontroller (via parallel interface 8bit + controls). ESD and power supply points are in monitoring levels. just by programming can it go wrong? please help
