Interfacing an ArchestrA Galaxy to Instep eDNA Historian

This is a project still in the brainstorming phase, but I was wondering how easy it would be to interface an ArchestrA Galaxy to an InStep eDNA Historian. If there were any drivers or plug-ins that facilitate or automate this process, that would be useful.
