looking for info about posalux 6000 cnc machine booting solutions

i am a junior electrical - electonical engineer i ve started working at cnc division of company in this week.
and i am in desperate search of information about posalux 6000 cnc machine with cnc 3000 ver 1.50 software
i am getting fat(0x9100) time out :20 sec error message after turning on the machine during the booting process of software. it looks like a bad sector at harddisk this why booting could not be completed to me.
unfortunately i dont have the sofware disc
for booting from fdd
any idea?
