CC-Link Programming Using C#

Hi guys.
I've been looking for posts about programming CC-Link using computer instead of PLC. I am looking at IAI motor (gripper) with PCON-C controller, but instead of PIO, I will use CC-Link.
Any inputs will be much appreciated.
