Shameless plug.
I work for CEMA and we have an office in India specialising in the water industry working to UK standards in software engineering.

Contact me to discuss if we can fulfill your requirements.

Yes, why find one in India when you can find one in China? With China's economy boosting, everyone is choosing Chinese products. We at Wellintech have offices in Europe, USA, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, etc. If you would like us to be a part of your project. We have done many large and small scale projects in China, Japan and USA. Feel free to contact me if you have any inquiries.
