Pretty well all of your diagnostics point to a failure of the TCEA card in <P> associated with <T> (This the <Z> card). The easiest fix for you, if you don't have much experience, is a card change if you have a spare. It would be nice to know the reason for failure, how long has this card been in service? Are you running with any grounds? The usual question, when did this happen, were you doing any maintenance at the time?
When you have the machine shutdown, check all the ribbon connections etc. around the TCEA card in case there is any problem there. If you haven't changed out cards before, please make sure the Berg jumpers on the new card are the same as the old.
