Creating a Modbus slave simulator

Hi,
I am trying to create modbus slave simulator using Tcp which will communicate with Modbus Master simulator which i already have in tcp using socket programming. I am very new in Modbus. so Plz help me about the frame format that our slave will receive and send with example and few code.
