I want to make communication between VB6.0 software and Omron CP1E PLC.
Is it possible with some coding in VB
Or I need any driver for the same
If it can be done by coding then please provide me coding otherwise
provide driver or suggest from where i can get it.

Sure, it should be possible. I believe the protocol spec for Host Link is published, and perhaps other Omron protocols as well.
Unfortunately, I believe it's ASCII only, no 8-bit mode, but oh well.

OMRON has several communication protocols.
OMROM publishes a manual, Communications Commands Reference Manual as well as other documents that cover the protocols.
W342-E1-11 is one.
