I want to know what is the equation of PID controller of SRV in MARK-VI control system as detail of this block is not available in Toolbox.

This topic has been covered MANY times on control.com. The typical signal name for P2 Pressure Reference is FPRG (Fuel Pressure-Reference, Gas). Use the control.com 'Search' function to look for occurrences of FPRG and you will find many references to the formula.
If you have access to the Control Specification for the Speedtronic Mark VI, you can look in Sect. 05.02, and find the section for the SRV and it also has the formula.
