AB OPC not working with emerson ovation properly

We have emerson ovation dcs and third party AB PLCs for our 300mw power plant. when we are connecting plc through ovation OPC ok. but if it is disconnecting by any reason then it will never connect again. it is showing error code 5 and no detail for this code.
