We have pressure transmitter of following specification:
1) Make : ABB; Model: 264HS
2) Span: 24-2400 KPa
3) Accuracy: 0.075 % Span:
4) Calibration Range: 0-4 Kg/cm2
During calibration how much error value can we consider? What is the allowable error? Please tell

That's entirely up to you
Your calibration is only 16% of the transmitters span, if you need better acuracy you should have purchased range M 600 kPa.
If you don't need super accuracy I'm sure it will be fine.
