We have yokogawa make 12 channel chartless recorders installed for process parameter monitoring in our plant.

Recently we have installed software for uploading data from yokogawa FX112 chartless recorder DAQOPC/DAQOPC for DARWIN
on our site intranet IP21 network via matricon OPCexplorer 5.0.0.0.

The communication between darwin software and OPC matricon software has been established. We are facing the issue of data not being updated on the software. The error being displayed in error log is :
0xc0040006 (Item device1!CH001.pv)returned error code 0xc0040006 from the OPC server. The write may not have been completed successfully.
The quality of data is :good, nonspecific .

I am attaching a screen shot of error log and the actual data being displayed.
